helping them make a smooth transition to Year 1 and sets them on the path to
lifelong learning.
Sunbury
State School offers a high quality Prep program whereby reading is paramount.
Students are immersed in letters, sounds and sight words daily as they begin
their journey of “Learning for Life”. The Australian Curriculum is offered in a
balanced approach towards structured learning and play. Our Prep students have
access to modern playground facilities to assist their gross and fine motor
development. Sunbury’s experienced Prep teachers are supported by full-time
teacher aides to ensure learning is maximised.
Prep is 5
days a week and children stay all day. Children must be 5 by 30 June in the
